How to reboot your pbx server

If you have problems getting into your pbx, first please read this to make sure it is not banned by fail2ban.

To reboot your pbx, please follow this step by step:

1. Go to our Client Area and

2. click on "My Products & Services" then

3. click "View Details" on the product you have problems with, then

4. just click "Restart VPS Server" button

5. Please wait and give it upto 1-2 hours for it to come back up
